About Me

I am a Community Herbalist in Boerne, Texas. My journey into the wonderful world of plant remedies started due to my own health challenges and a strong desire to be able to understand how to help my family be well at home. I wanted a more holistic approach that modern medicine just could not offer me. On my journey to health, I realized I wanted to help others with their own health challenges, so I began my studies.

My herbal education began at the Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley, CA, where I learned the foundations of herbal medicine (Physiology, Constitutional Theory, Plant Actions, Herbal Medicine Making, Herbal Energetics, Aromatherapy, and Flower Essences). After successful completion, I moved on to the California School of Herbal Studies located in Forestville, CA, to study advanced Community/Clinical Herbalism to gain a deeper understanding of how to work with clients one-on-one to help them address their health challenges using a more holistic and functional approach.

I strive to both educate and guide my clients on their health journey, empowering them to live a more balanced and healthy life through the use of herbal remedies, stress reduction techniques, nutrition, and nutrient supplementation.
